Expedite All – Terms of Service for Exclusive Use, Door-to-Door Transportation
This document governs the terms under which Expedite All provides direct transportation services using dedicated vehicles for its clients.
1. Service Model and Definitions
Expedite All specializes in direct deliveries, operating outside the traditional hub-and-spoke LTL model. Unlike carriers that consolidate freight at terminals, our exclusive-use vehicles go straight from pickup to delivery without a need for transfers or delays. This ensures faster, more reliable service with minimal handling, ideal for time-sensitive or high-value shipments.
2. Pickup and Transit Times
- Pickup Time Assumptions: Transit times are calculated based on a presumed pickup at 12:00 PM local time. If a pickup occurs after 12:00 PM, same-day delivery may still be feasible, depending on the shipment’s mileage. If a shipment needs to be delivered sooner or is picked up after 12:00pm, but still needs to deliver by a calculated date Customers are advised to contact the Expedite All at [email protected] for exact pickup and delivery timing availability.
- Transit Time Calculation: Transit time is estimated based on continuous movement at an average speed of 50 miles per hour (mph), factoring minimal delays. In some cases, vehicles may cover up to 1,000 miles within a single continuous drive cycle, subject to driver availability and DOT regulations. However a typical delivery is estimated at 725 miles per day.
- Weekend and Holiday Deliveries: Transit time estimates include weekends and holidays. For example, a one-day transit shipment picked up on a Friday will be scheduled for Saturday delivery, not the following Monday. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the receiving location is open and able to accept deliveries during weekends or holidays. Layover or re-delivery charges may apply if the delivery cannot be completed due to an unavailable receiver.
3. Service Levels
Carrier offers the following delivery service levels, all of which assume direct transportation from origin to destination without transshipment or warehousing:

A 10% Upcharge is applied to all Guaranteed Service Levels
If the guaranteed delivery time is not met, the Customer may request a refund of the 10% upcharge only, by contacting the Carrier in writing. The base transportation cost remains non-refundable.
4. Accessorial Charges
Additional charges (accessorials) including but not limited to layovers, liftgate usage, wait time, and redelivery fees shall apply as detailed below:
Expedited transit with reduced delivery time and priority handling to meet urgent requirements.
When the origin/destination changes for more than 10 miles, the rates charged will be renegotiated.
Shipment requires a scheduled pickup or delivery time confirmed in advance.
Driver removes packaging materials, pallets, or debris from the delivery location upon request.
Driver moves freight beyond the dock or curb and inside the facility (limited to the ground floor unless otherwise specified).
Delivery within NYC boroughs, subject to congestion, limited access, parking restrictions, and extended service times.
Service at a secured facility outside standard receiving hours, requiring gate access coordination.
Pickup or delivery outside standard business hours. (Night appointments, weekends, holidays).
Enhanced delivery confirmation requiring a specific person’s signature and documented verification.
Additional charge for each stop beyond the original pickup and delivery location.
Driver assists with unpacking freight from packaging or crates at the delivery location (does not include installation or debris removal).
- Dry: First 2 hours are free, then paid detention starts and counts as a charged hour upon the passing of each hour;
- Reefer: first hour is free, then paid detention starts and counts as a charged hour upon the passing of each hour.
Truck arrives on site when Broker A represented that PU/DEL would be possible and the freight is not ready and/or the warehouse workers left (or warehouse is not open), and PU/DEL is rescheduled and performed the next day, but within 24 hours of original scheduled time. Beyond 24 hours but still next day: Detention Fee above is charged starting with hour 25.
Added if layover is extended to a second overnight, and PU/DEL is rescheduled and performed the following day, but within 48 hours of original PU/DEL. Beyond 48 hours but still that following day: Detention Fee above is charged starting with hour 49.
Added if layover is extended to a third overnight, and PU/DEL is rescheduled and performed the following day, but within 72 hours of original PU/DEL. Beyond 72 hours but still that following day: Detention Fee above is charged starting with hour 73 and continues, including through overnights, until PU/DEL is completed (or other arrangement for freight is performed).
The truck is cancelled after Broker A confirms rate and truck is dispatched. If the truck was on site before TONU, Detention Fees shall also apply from the first minute that the truck was on site.
When the client asks to make an extra stop at another warehouse within 10 miles. The charge shall apply for each additional stop. If this delays PU/DEL, then Detention Fees shall apply, and Broker B shall be released of obligations for and liability related to on-time PU/DEL.
When the origin/destination changes for more than 10 miles, the rates charged will be renegotiated.
Reimbursed in full to carriers with receipt. The actual cost is paid by Broker A to Broker B.
Depends on the cargo details and is discussed individually.
The Customer acknowledges responsibility for reviewing applicable accessorials before placing a shipment.
