1. Jumpstart SMC3 Connections

About the Event: Jumpstart SMC³ Connections is a three-day supply chain event produced annually by SMC³ that provides an ideal environment for valuable networking and industry education. The conference brings together carriers, shippers, logistics service providers, and technology providers to explore emerging trends, current challenges, and new innovations in the supply chain.

Our Plans: 2025 is not the first year we’re attending Jumpstart SMC³ Connections, and it certainly won’t be the last. Each year, our schedule is filled with in-person meetings, and we always return with valuable insights. This event never disappoints!

2. Manifest Vegas

Date & Location: February 10–12, Las Vegas, NV

3. Air Cargo Conference

4. More Freight More Problems

Date & Location: March 12–13, Scottsdale, AZ

About the Event: This two-day seminar focuses on fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, specifically within freight brokerage and logistics.

5. TIA Capital Ideas Conference

Date & Location: April 9–12, San Antonio, TX

About the Event: Organized by the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), the Capital Ideas Conference is a key gathering for third-party logistics providers (3PLs). This annual event offers brokerage-specific education, legislative updates, and valuable networking opportunities. As one of the largest and most influential 3PL conferences, it’s essential for industry professionals looking to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends.

Our Plans: We are exhibiting at Booth #419—visit us to discuss industry trends, brokerage solutions, and partnership opportunities. In addition, Alex Winston will participate in a panel discussion on Optimizing Carrier Selection for Specialized Freight.

The session will explore the challenges of expedite, oversize, overweight, and hazmat carriers using traditional methods. Panelists will discuss the limitations of current vetting methods and share best practices for selecting reliable carriers for specialized freight. 6. SMC3 Connections

Our Plans: We’ll be there to absorb insights, compare trends from earlier in the year, and cultivate new connections and partnerships.

7. TIA 3PL Policy Forum

Date & Location: September 2025, Washington, D.C.

The TIA 3PL Policy Forum is an annual event organized by the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) that brings together third-party logistics professionals from across the nation to engage directly with members of Congress and their staff. Participants have the opportunity to discuss critical issues affecting the 3PL industry, advocate for policies that support the logistics sector, and gain insights into legislative developments. This forum includes high-level agency briefings and personal meetings on Capitol Hill, providing a platform for attendees to shape the future of the industry.

Our Plans:
Expedite All is committed to actively participating in the TIA 3PL Policy Forum to advocate for the interests of the expedited freight community. Our team will engage in discussions with policymakers to address industry challenges, share our perspectives on regulatory matters, and collaborate with other logistics professionals to promote a more efficient and effective supply chain. We believe that engaging in these conversations is essential for staying informed and influencing policies that impact our operations and the broader logistics landscape.

8. JOC Inland Distribution

Date & Location: September 29–October 1, Chicago, IL

About the Event: Produced by the Journal of Commerce, Inland Distribution addresses over-the-road transport, intermodal strategies, warehousing, and more.

Our Plans: Our team will be actively engaged in sessions and discussions, focusing on the latest trends in over-the-road transport, intermodal strategies, and warehousing solutions. We aim to gain insights into optimizing our operations to better serve our clients in the evolving landscape of domestic freight distribution.
